1. Stir

2. Batch the adhesive onto the base surface

To paste the interior wall tiles, use the straight edge of a toothed spatula that meets the required thickness of the adhesive layer to batch the mixed adhesive onto the base surface, and comb the adhesive layer into a uniform strip along the direction of the tile seam. The purpose is to control the thickness and dosage of the adhesive and to make the tile area more uniform.

3. Batch tiles

A thin layer of adhesive is also applied to the back of the tiles before laying the tiles on the interior walls. Although this double batch method uses more materials and man-hours, it can guarantee the quality and durability of the paste.

4. Paste interior wall tiles

In the adhesive measuring and drying time for the internal wall tiles, the prepared tiles are laid in place, and the tiles are gently rubbed perpendicular to the combing direction to exhaust the air under the tiles. After the paving is in place, lightly hit with a rubber hammer, and use a cross positioning frame of appropriate size to adjust the surface flatness and the straightness of the seam.

5. Clean up in time

The brick surface that has been pasted with internal wall bricks should be cleaned up in time, especially to remove the remaining adhesive on it. The qualified binder is not easy to be removed even on the surface of the ceramic tile after it is hardened. The cleaned tile surface should be marked immediately for isolation to avoid contamination or disturbance until the next caulking process.
